When will my subscription renew?
If you are signed up for the auto-renew feature, your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it. To find out if you have previously signed up for auto-renew, go to the JBJS Store and select 'My Account' in the top navigation bar:



Log into your JBJS Account (this login is used for all JBJS products and services):

Start and End dates appears next to the product, as well as Renewal Plan. Renewal Plan will be set to 'Auto-Renewal with Auto-Charge' if the feature is turned on. 

How do I cancel auto-renew?
Select 'Renewal Settings' found under 'Self Service':
