Why register on JBJS.org?
To take advantage of the new JBJS.org, registration is required. Registering an account on jbjs.org will allow you to use all the current and new features on JBJS.org as they become available. It will make it easier for you to check on the status of your orders, update address changes, and speed processing of your future requests and inquiries. 

How do I register?
You can register anytime; no purchase required. To register, go to https://store.jbjs.org/login and complete the registration 

Do I have an account? 
Unsure as to whether you have an active subscription? Please contact our WK Customer Service Team at +1 (781) 449-9780 x1, customerservice@lww.com. Hours are 8:30am to 7:00pm ET (Monday - Friday)

 Is there any free content on the new JBJS.org?
An active subscription to JBJS Complete is required to access full text across all JBJS journals.  An active subscription to The Journal will deliver full text across that title only. 

What's new on JBJS.org?
Subspecialty content pages with articles, videos, education, Clinical Summaries, and more.
Powerful new type-ahead search across all JBJS content - JBJS, JBJS Case Connector, JBJS Essential Surgical Techniques, JBJS Reviews, JBJS Journal of Orthopaedics for Physician Assistants, JBJS Webinars, JBJS CME.
Media channel to browse by video, podcasts and webinars.
Clinical Summaries offer concise synopses of the latest science for common orthopaedic conditions in nine subspecialty areas (Hip, Hand & Wrist, Foot & Ankle, Trauma, Knee, Shoulder & Elbow, Sports Medicine, Pediatrics, Spine). 

Does JBJS still have an app?
Due to lack of use we have discontinued the app. In its place we have launched the entirely new JBJS.org which is mobile-responsive.
